Q: Where does the power steering fluid go on a 1999 New Beetle?

A: The power steering fluid reservoir is a rectangular black bottle with a green cap located next to the battery.

My passenger seat release handle (the one that allows the seat to move forward for access to the rear seats) just popped-off in my hands. A portion of the plastic handle appears to be a sheath over a metal rod. The rod can still be seen through the hole in the slot on the seat. Any experience in repairing something like this? Thanks.
